Preliminary Consultation

There are several ways to go about receiving floral information for your wedding or event. Whether you are just inquiring and looking for pricing, we ask that you fill out and submit the pre-consultation questionnaire. We will be happy to email a complimentary informal estimate to you.

If you have been referred to AKD or would like to meet with our consultants to receive a preliminary event quote please call 231.264.6938 or 800.417.0042 or you may e-mail our studio to set-up an appointment. We ask that you complete the pre-consultation questionnaire and email it back to our studio or bring it with you to the meeting. Our Event Consultations must be scheduled and the cost is $250.00. Please bring the following items with you to your Event Consultation.

• Copies of pictures that show floral designs that inspire you. Pictures can be found in magazines, books and the Internet.
• Pictures of the bridal gown and attendant's dresses.
• Swatches of the colors you want to see built into your wedding theme.
• Please bring your fiancé, a friend, or family member to assist you in the decision making process.

Formal Pricing and Quotes

Amy Kate Designs specializes in Weddings and Events tailored to your specific needs. For clients requesting additional information regarding the event pricing, Amy Kate Designs requires a $250.00 non refundable fee to receive a detailed floral quote and design layout. This fee covers the Initial Site survey (within a 100 mile radius), digital photo index of the venue selected (if images are taken); follow up meeting and administrative costs required to produce your custom quote. Amy Kate Designs requires a deposit to secure an event date, which is due upon booking services. This deposit is applied to the final billing and is non refundable in a case which the event is canceled.
